When the Alzheimer's Research Trust decided to rebrand, they needed to tell their supporters. And explain why the move over towards a more research-focused identity was such a good idea. We created a mail pack that highlighted the scale and importance of the charity's work. The brand launch also seemed like a great time to gather some up-to-date insight about the charity's supporters, so we included a supporter survey too. Not only have we had over 10% of supporters responding we've also received a stack of cheques to go towards more research.
