Hello. And welcome to Flourish. We're a digital and direct agency that creates award-winning campaigns for our clients in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors.

But we don't really want to be talking about ourselves. We'd much prefer to have a conversation with you. We're not talking about the usual agency conversations either; you know, the ones where you get talked at, and talked over and you don't get a word in edgeways.

Rich Hartson - Director and Co-founder

Rich is a true team player with big match experience gained in brand building, direct and digital marketing at The Communications Agency, Leo Burnett, AIM Proximity (NZ) DMP and Target Direct. Not only does Rich run out for his local touch rugby team, he coaches the youth side too. Plus, he contributes to the DMA West Council, becoming a member last year.

Neil Hecquet - Director and Co-founder

Neil cut his agency teeth at WWAV where his eye for an opportunity and affable nature saw him rise to Senior Account Director. A lifelong surfer, before setting up Flourish he was lured to Melbourne, where he was Group Business Director for SRG, Australia's biggest DM agency, managing the Nissan, Telstra Mobile and Diners Club accounts.

Keith Nichol - Director and Co-founder

Keith has wielded crayons at some of the UK's top agencies including WWAV and Carlson. He has everything you want from a Creative Director - a book packed with great work for clients including Virgin, Citroen, Barclays and Which?, a cabinet packed with UK and European awards and a head packed with great ideas. Oh, and he's a thoroughly nice bloke too.

James Long - Planning Director

James is one of those rare planners whose thirst for knowledge is matched only by his skill in being able to present, often complex, ideas in an interesting and easy to understand way. After stints at JCB and Inventive Minds he took up the position of Senior Brand Planner at Target Direct where he won an International Echo Award for his work with Medicin Sans Frontieres.
